Techno-solutionism and sustainable development: the activity analysis as a way of reintroducing the primacy of the “Living” over technology. Proceedings of the 22nd triennial congress of the international ergonomics association

Résumé

This contribution challenges the techno-solutionism that dominates public policies for sustainable development. A cross-discussion of two sectors studied in the field of constructive ergonomics provides a better understanding of the - non-automatic - link between technological solutions, appropriation pro- cess and the transformation of activities to make them more sustainable.
