Dynamic problems concerning the speed of rotation increase of a turbine-blower assembly
Résumé
This paper investigates the dynamic problems of a turbine-blower assembly when its speed of rotation is increased by roughly ten per cent to obtain better efficiency. Changes concerning the dynamic behaviour of rotors in torsion and in bending, the dynamic behaviour of blades and the stresses in blades, have been estimated. It is shown that some modifications are necessary in order to allow the required increased speed. (C) 1998 Academic Press.
