Many theories and methodologies demonstrated the importance of employee’s involvement. The socio-economic approach to management introduced in this workshop, allows to impulse change based on a rigorous and scientific improvement process composed by 4 steps: the diagnosis, the project group, the implementation and the assessment. The first stage is major, it represents the raw materials of change focusing on social and economic performance. The need of balancing both performance is a real challenge for organizations especially in a growth context as in Asia. The presenters will share with the participants their experiences in leading change through a SEAM intervention particularly through SEAM diagnosis.
