Résumé
The purpose of the communication was to review and highlight the issues raised by the entry into force of the Unified Patent Court Agreement (UPCA). It covered the jurisdiction of the UPC, the competition between the UPC's jurisdiction and that of national courts, and conflicts of jurisdiction between the UPC and national courts.
La communication avait vocation à faire un rappel et souligner les problématiques soulevées par l'entrée en vigueur de l'Accord sur la Juridiction unifiée du brevet (AJUB). Il s'agissait d'évoquer la compétence de la JUB, la concurrence de compétence de la JUB avec les juridictions nationales et les conflits de juridictions entre la JUB et les juridictions nationales.
