Drugs, medical practice, migrants: An ethical watch of recent biomedical publications
Résumé
Through the following four examples, we will examine
the ethical problems generated by the accessibility of
active substances at the limit of a widely distributed
drug (cannabis), to medico-surgical problematic practices
(engraving its initials on the organs of a patient, or filming and then disseminating a dying’s video on a professional
journal website), or medico-psychiatric care and evaluation
of migrants in the context of political refugees process.
