Ultrafast CO 2 photodissociation in the energy region of the lowest Rydberg series

Résumé

The role of metastable Rydberg states in the first stage of the photofragmentation of CO 2 is investigated on a new set of potentials and a multistate diabatic photodynamics calculation using ultrashort laser pulses.
