Résumé

For the European Union, Intelligent Infrastructure Management involves Smart Infrastructures that comprise several operators from different domains of activity, such as energy, public transport, or public safety10. A smart infrastructure means “(…) an interconnected sensing network that provides real-time digital information about the state of the system11” 12.
