Improved ventilatory efficiency to evidence haemodynamic improvement after balloon pulmonary angioplasty in chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension

Résumé

In contrast to the 6-minute walk test, the cardiopulmonary exercise test provides simple, non-invasive parameters that correlate with haemodynamic improvements in patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension undergoing balloon angioplasty.
