Emerging Mueller matrix microscopy applications in biophysics and biomedicine

Abstract

Polarized and wide-field light microscopy has been studied for many years to develop accurate information-rich images within a focused framework on biophysics biomedicine. Technological advances conceptual understanding have recently led significant results in terms of applications. Simultaneously, developments label-free methods are opening new window molecular imaging at low dose illumination.
