CD95 (Fas) and CD95L (FasL)-mediated non-canonical signaling pathways

Résumé

Although the interaction of CD95L (also known as FasL) with its so-called death receptor CD95 (Fas) induces an apoptotic signal responsible for elimination infected and cancer cells maintenance tissue homeostasis, this can also implement non signaling pathways. This latter is involved in metastatic dissemination certain cancers severity auto-immune disorders.
