Behaviour of electrical steels under rotationnal magnetization and high temperatures
Résumé
Use of magnetic steel sheets in electrical engineering concerns mostly medium to high power transformers and electrical motors. Both applications include some rotating fields, and both typically works under temperatures ranging from 100°c to 200°C. However, very few exeprimental data exists on the behaviour of electrical steels under rotating field with high temperatures.
The present work presents the characterisation of NO and GO FeSi for temperature up to 200°C, with circular flux density up to 1.7 and 1.15 T respectively. An expected decrease of loss is observed, with high values (several 10%), and the anisotropy is shown to decrease on the FeSi NO.
