              <p>The beginning of the 21th century witnesses the emergence of iron-based superconductors. However, until now, the origin of their superconducting (SC) phase is unsolved. The competition or combination of the SC state with magnetic orders or fluctuations is pointed out. The spin-ladder BaFe2Se3 is a key system to investigate this issue. Indeed it is a low dimensional system for which it is easier to propose simple theoretical models. Most interestingly, it is a Mott insulator, theoretically predicted as multiferroic, which transforms into a superconductor under pressure. The accurate knowledge of the magnetic order near the superconducting dome under pressure is essential to understand the mechanism of superconductivity. However, the magnetic structure is only known at ambient pressure. It corresponds to an unconventional block-like AFM order. In this work, we investigated the magnetic structure under pressure using powder neutron diffraction experiment. We demonstrated that, as for the parent superconductor BaFe2S3, a stripe magnetic order settles down under pressure in the Se ladder, close to the SC state. This stripe order appears to be the prerequisite for superconductivity in Fe spin ladders under pressure.</p>
