Guerre cognitique et C2 (Commandement et Contrôle)

Abstract

The document presents the slides presented by the authors at the 2nd Scientific and Strategic Workshop on “Cognitive Warfare”:
Operationalizing the Concept of Cognitive Warfare held in the US Military Academy of West Point - March 4, 2022. It presents the different aspects of command and control that can be the subject of a cognitive attack, and that must attract the attention of commanders to ensure the robustness of their decisions. The main attacks concern information dominance, cyber confidence and decision superiority.Proposals are made to address the fragilities of informational, cybernetic and cognitive complexity.
