DriftTest, a computer program to detect selection from temporal genetic differentiation in partially selfing populations

Résumé

DriftTest is a computer program whose purpose is to is to detect loci under selection based on changes in allele frequencies between two time samples of the same population. Based on TempoDiff (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.375600) it is modified to take into account partial selfing reproduction.
