Résumé
SoVisu produces a synthesis of individual productions and offers direct access to the records on Hal. For a researcher, SoVisu enables the descriptive quality of each of his or her productions to be evaluated using a score calculated on the basis of the presence of metadata, as well as global terminology maps. SoVisu allows researchers to enter Open Science by managing and verifying their identifiers (national: IdRef, international: ORCID and archive: HAL ID) at the first connection. Once this stage has been completed, researchers have an interface enabling them to establish the visibility (presence) of their work and to qualify, at several levels, their informational profile in order to work on and refine their readability. The current profile is reconstituted by the expert keywords attached to their publications (as author or co-author), the keywords specific to their profiles (which they have entered in the interface) and the disciplinary fields automatically extracted from their productions which they must validate, then those they describe from the same standardised and generic reference system (AureHAL). This qualified information profile provides a reliable representation of the expertise of each individual and, by aggregation, of each structural entity. This profile can be used for various purposes in information retrieval and will provide researchers with a search companion using AI techniques (recommendations, filtering, networks, etc.) and the semantic web, and, conversely, facilitate the search for information on the institution with a view to academic or industrial collaboration. The challenge of making such a service operational for agents is also part of digital sovereignty. In terms of organisational governance, SoVisu is described as a Research Information System, making it possible to capitalise, trace and dynamically index the skills of experts, with the singularity of inviting the expertise players in the ecosystem to qualify the quality of their own data and to participate (through simplified work) in a collective construction: from HCERES reports to evaluations (in progress) to a science-society mediation tool.
SoVisu est centré sur l’accompagnement des chercheurs à la Science Ouverte : une interface de médiation dynamique d’assistance à l’autoarchivage, à l'alignement des identifiants, à la qualification qualitative des données couplé à un système d'indexation de l'expertise. oVisu produit une synthèse de la production individuelle et offre l’accès direct aux notices sur Hal. Pour un chercheur, SoVisu permet d’évaluer la qualité descriptive de chacune de ses productions à l’aide d’un score calculé sur la présence des métadonnées ainsi que des cartographies terminologiques globales. SoVisu permet aux chercheurs d’entrer « du bon pied » en SO en gérant et vérifiant à la première connexion leurs identifiants (national : IdRef, international : ORCID et d’archive : ID HAL). Une fois cette étape passée, les chercheurs disposent d’une interface leur permettant d’établir la visibilité (présence) de leurs travaux et de qualifier, à plusieurs plans, leur profil informationnel pour travailler et affiner leur lisibilité. Le profil actuel est reconstitué par les mots-clés experts adossés à leurs publications (en tant qu’auteur ou co-auteur), les mots-clés spécifiques à leurs profils (qu’ils ont inscrits dans l’interface) et les domaines disciplinaires automatiquement extraits de leurs productions qu’ils doivent valider, puis ceux qu’ils décrivent à partir du même référentiel normalisé et générique (AuréHAL). Ce profil informationnel qualifié permet de fournir une représentation fiable de l’expertise de chaque individu et, par agrégation, de chaque entité structurelle. Utilisable à différents titres en recherche d’information ce profil permettra de mettre à disposition des chercheurs un compagnon de recherche à l’aide de techniques d’IA (recommandations, filtrage, réseaux, …) et du web sémantique, et, réciproquement, faciliter la recherche d'informations sur l'établissement en vue de collaborations académiques ou industrielles. L'enjeu de rendre opérationnel un tel service aux agents participe aussi de la souveraineté numérique. Au plan de la gouvernance de l’organisation, SoVisu se décrit comme un Système d'Information Recherche en permettant de capitaliser, tracer et indexer dynamiquement les compétences des experts avec pour singularité d’inviter les acteurs de l’expertise de l’écosystème à qualifier la qualité de leurs propres données et de participer (par un travail simplifié) à une construction collective : des rapports HCERES aux évaluations (en cours) à un outil de médiation science-société.
