              <p>Those works presents the synthesis of dielectrics ceramics belonging to the Ca(ZrxTi1-x)O3 system. In this domain of composition, the limits of the solid solution are controversial. At the end, the goal consist in the realization of multilayer capacitors of type I, and co-sinterable with copper inner electrodes. We will present the firsts results obtained for the values of x=1; 0,8; 0,7; 0,5; 0,3; 0,2; and 0.The synthesis by the classical solid-state route, in particular the blending-milling step of the raw powders CaCO3, TiO2 and ZrO2, was considerably investigate. The aim of this is to determine the better conditions of dispersion in an aqueous slurry. The mix of powders were calcined between 900°C and 1500°C. The densification of these different formulations was study by dilatometry. Sintering test were realize from 1200°C to 1500°C. After sintering, the samples were analyze by XRD, SEM and EDS. The dielectric properties at 1 kHz, between -20°C and 150°C and in high frequency will be measure too.The compositions (x=1; 0,8; 0,7; 0,2 and 0) seem to be single phased according to the XRD analysis. However, the compositions x=0,5 and 0,3 seem to contain a small amount of a parasite phase.             <abstract xml:lang="fr">
              <p>Ces travaux présentent la synthèse de matériaux céramiques diélectriques dans le système de composition Ca(ZrxTi1-x)O3 dont les limites de solution solide sont sujettes à discussion. L’objectif à terme étant de réaliser des condensateurs multicouches, ayant un comportement de type I et co-frittables avec des électrodes internes en en cuivre. Nous présenterons les premiers résultats obtenus pour les valeurs de x=1 ;0,8 ;0,7 ;0,5 ;0,3 ;0,2 et 0.La synthèse, notamment le broyage-mélangeage des précurseurs CaCO3, ZrO2 et TiO2, a fait l’objet d’études rhéologiques afin de déterminer de bonnes conditions de dispersion en barbotine aqueuse. Les mélanges de poudres ont été chamottées entre 900°C et 1500°C et des céramiques, mises en formes de pastilles cylindriques fines. La densification des différentes formulations a été étudiée par dilatométrie. Des essais de frittage ont été réalisé sur la plage 1200°C et 1500°C. Après frittage les échantillons on fait l’objet de caractérisations en DRX, MEB et EDS. Les propriétés diélectriques à 1 kHz entre -20°C et 150°C et en hyperfréquence ont également été mesurées. Les compostions (x=1 ;0,8 ;0,7 ;0,2 ;0) semblent monophasés et alors que 2 phases coexistent pour (x=0,5 et 0,3), là où des études précédentes présentaient des échantillons avec plusieurs phases secondaires (1)(2).
