Energy Versus Communication Range Trade-off in a LoRaWan Relay Approach

Résumé

This paper presents the use of a low-power consumption relay approach based on a Rx duty cycled mode.The trade-off between relay power-consumption and reception sensitivity is analyzed and measured. Experimental validation is performed at 868MHz in outdoor environments to assess Node and Relay performances.
