              <p>Pesticide effects are routinely monitored to detect potential healthhazards. Pesticide residues in the environment are of particular interest. Anatural monitoring strategy consists in looking for anomalies or change pointsin the concentration of active substances in a given environment. Due to thequantification limit of most chemical analyses, concentration observations areleft censored which introduces some difficulties. We propose in this paper amethod to detect change points, both in number and positions, in left censoredconcentration data that follow a parametric distribution (knowing thecensoring threshold). The method is compared to a reference non parametricmethod on simulated and real world data (prosulfocarb concentration in Val de Loire).</p>

            <abstract xml:lang="fr">
              <p>La phytopharmacovigilance a pour objectif de surveiller leseffets indésirables des produits phytopharmaceutiques disponibles sur lemarché et couvre notamment la contamination des milieux. Cette surveillances'exerce notamment en recherchant des anomalies ou des ruptures dans lesconcentrations de substances actives de ces produits. La mesure d'uneconcentration chimique dépendant de la précision la machine de mesure, lesdonnées observées sont soumises à une censure à gauche. Nous proposons ici uneapproche paramétrique permettant, en présence de données censurées et à seuilde censure connu, d'estimer le nombre et les positions des changements dans laconcentration d'une substance. Les performances de cette approche sontcomparées à celles d'une méthode de détection non-paramétrique, notamment surdes données réelles de concentrations du prosulfocarb en région Val de Loire.</p>
