Mapping the Transformation of Organizations: sketches of a logic and a description language compatible with the living world
This paper presents the outline of a logic and a description language compatible with the living to describe and represent the transformation of organizations into networks in the digital age. Resulting from a research in information architecture, it proposes a modeling of the relationship between organizing information and the transformation of organization, based on the logic of Lupasco’s energy and the concept of attractor, at the source of a transformation field and an organizational field. At their intersection, an information field carries descriptors implemented from three operational tools, an observation instrument, a description language, and an analysis method.
