Characterisation of wastewater from oncological hospital: a case study for micropollutants rejection assessment
Caractérisation d'une eau de centre d'oncologie: etude de cas pour l’évaluation des rejets de micropolluants
Résumé
This case study proposes from short sampling campaign an approach to evaluate the contribution of an oncological hospital in the neighbours of Toulouse. The wastewater is nowadays rejected in the sewage to the River Garonne through the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Twelves samples, a panel of molecules, their mass flow and PEC/PNEC ratios, lead to propose an evaluation of the environmental risk.
