RETURN OF EXPERIENCE ON TLEMCEN 2011 EVENT CITY, FOR A PDCA PROCESS
Résumé
The event Tlemcen capital of Islamic culture in 2011, was an unequivocal opportunity for the enhancement of the historical heritage of the city and for the launching of a sustainable cultural tourism. Any action undertaken in time deserves an analysis in a feedback experience that allows learning in a goal of continuous improvement. Thus, we question the impact of the actions undertaken during this event on the existing heritage potential. Through a participatory systemic approach, we establish a shared territorial diagnosis. It reveals the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of these actions to put them in a process of continuous improvement (PDCA) and to establish a sustainable approach.
