Résumé

Taking advantage of the sequence homologies found in the genes and proteins involved in the pyrimidine pathway in E.coli and D.melanogaster, we evaluated the use of synthetic oligonucleotides and anti-synthetic oligopeptide antibodies in order to identify the corresponding genes and proteins in varios living organisms
