Impedance measurements in La0.7Sr 0.3MnO3 thin films for uncooled THz bolometers

Résumé

We present preliminary results on the fabrication and impedance measurement of loads made of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 (LSMO) thin films on SrTiO 3 buffered high resistivity silicon substrates. These loads will be used in uncooled mm-wave and THz bolometers based on LSMO.
