Interdisciplinarity research and training design

Recherche, interdisciplinarité et conception de formations

Résumé

Our paper focuses on interdisciplinarity in collective research activity within the VirtuAlz project (ANR). This project aims to develop a digital simulation tool for the training in verbal and non-verbal communication of health professionals working with patients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia (ADAD). Based on a definition of the term "interdisciplinary research", we present two approaches of interdisciplinarity and the associated methodological tools. The first one refers to the network actor theory, and the second one considers the collaborative project as a unit of collective activity within which conflicts and norms are qualitative analysers that guarantee interdisciplinarity.
