CONCEPTION OF ERGONOMIC SPORTSWEAR FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSON: SYNERGY BETWEEN TEXTILE DESIGN AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING.

Résumé

Nowadays, the technology is in progress, especially for the wearable technology. A garment or accessory with advanced computer and electronic components can be called wearable technology. The wearable technology is making a widening appearance in different fields like the healthcare, pharmaceutical, sports, nutrition and fashion industries. This appearance gave birth to new and powerful products that have the potential to drive changes in customers behaviors. All of this aim to change the wellness goals of the consumers. A wearable assistive system is proposed to improve the mobility of visually impaired people especially the athletes. This system has been implemented in the shape of sports clothing in order to increase its comfortableness and external appearance.
