High-Directivity Terahertz Silicon-Lens TEM Horn Antenna

Résumé

Abstract: We present a new design of TEM horn antenna (TEM-HA), which is a combination of a silicon lens and a standard TEM-HA, for the emission of terahertz radiations up to several hundreds of GHz. This paper presents the design and the simulation of such an antenna associated with an anti-reflection layer.
