Marine Nature Parks: a policy instrument for territorial governance?
Résumé
This chapter explores the principles, functioning and impacts of France's Marine Nature Parks, an original marine management tool. It focuses in particular on interactions between the different categories of stakeholders and the hybridisation of knowledge through consultation procedures, in order to put forward an analysis of the decision-making process and the implementation of actions in Marine Nature Parks, at the crossroads between national policy and territorial governance.
