Trait-mindfulness, self-compassion and rumination type predict mental health during lockdown: A longitudinal study This longitudinal study assessed the predictive and protective role of trait-mindfulness, self-compassion, and having followed a mindfulness-based program before the COVID-19 lockdown, on abstract and concrete ruminations, anxiety and depression symptoms during that period.
