Investigation of Thermal Effects by Adsorption of Hydrogen for Use in Automotive Industry

Abstract

The possibility of application of new materials using hydrogen in automotive industry is examinated - porous materials such as activated carbon into which structure metal particles are implanted. temperature profiles were investigated for the volume of model dynamic reservoir by filling it with hydrogen. A thermodynamic analysis of the impact of thermal effetcs of adsorption and compression at different temperatures are made. We examinated the possibility of dynamic cryogenic storage of hydrogen at 77 K.
