Active Behavior of the Cell Cytoskeleton
Résumé
We have built-up a hydrodynamic theory of active polar gels that takes into account the milling phenomenon, the polar nature of the filaments and the active nature of gel, using the simple Maxwell model to describe the viscoelasticity of the gel.
