Résumé

Based on measurement results, this paper proposes a circuit model for an array composed of N rectennas at 2.45GHz in the ISM band. More precisely, the estimation of the power harvested is carried out using an equivalent circuit composed only of passive elements. The model is developed for a rectennas array based on DC series combiner topology. In applications targeting the provision of power to low consumption WSN components, the model's predictions can be used to determine the required number of rectennas to power an electronic circuit autonomously. Examples are given to illustrate the use of this model.
