Multiple Wavelength Excitation 5-ALA Induced PpIX Fluorescence Spectroscopy in Guided Neurosurgery for Improving Glioma Classification

Résumé

We present a methodology for PpIX parameters estimation based on multiwavelength excitation. This method aims to distinguish healthy tissues from tumour margins. It reduces the absolute estimation error of low density margins by 39.9%.
