La réalité de la formation continue pour les femmes
Résumé
This article is focused on an analysis of the access to continuing training and the impacts of the stages according to the gender from quantitative data and also through the wage-earners' experience. The Law of 1971 gives access to professional continuing training for the whole of salaried. But, in fact, in companies, the necessary conditions to realize each step of a training project often become obstacles that make this right rather theoretical for women workers.
