              <p>Electron beam lithography (EBL) was used to fabricate microchannels to produce microbubbles with highly homogeneous size distributions. Using the EBL technique, microchannels can be prototyped at a fast and cost effective rate allowing for evaluation of various microbubble shell materials.</p>
