Correction to: A Single-Molecule Magnet Tetranuclear [Mn 3 III Mn IV O 3 Cl] Complex with Bis(diisopropylphosphinyl)imide Ligands
Résumé
Treatment of Mn(OAc) 2 Á4H 2 O with 3 equiv. HN(i Pr 2 PO) 2 in the presence of n Bu 4 NCl in acetonitrile resulted in isolation of a tetranuclear {Mn 3 III Mn IV } complex [Mn 4 (l 3-O) 3 (l 3-Cl)(l-OAc) 3 {N(i Pr 2 PO) 2 } 3 ]Á0.5C 6 H 14 (1Á0.5C 6 H 14), and a dinuclear {Mn II Mn III } complex [Mn 2 {N(i Pr 2 PO) 2 }{l 2 ,g 3-(i PrPO 2)NH(i Pr 2 PO)} 2 {g 2-(i PrPO 2)NH(i Pr 2 PO)} 2 ]Á0.25AcOH (2Á0.25AcOH) with bis(diisopropylphosphinyl)imide ligands. The solid-state structures of two complexes have been established by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The tetranuclear complex 1 belongs to a family of {Mn 3 III Mn IV O 3 X} single-molecule magnets (SMMs) with effective energy barrier of 14.3 K by some further magnetic characterizations.
