There has been a number of releases of twitter data in the context of the COVID-19 outbreak. We are now adding to the existing database with a large number of tweet IDs from the early period of the outbreak that is not covered by other data sets. Our dataset completes earlier releases as we started collecting tweets earlier and fill gaps, see Figure 2. As we collected tweets in retrospect opposed to filtering in real-time, we could cover 16-23 February 2020 fully.
