Probabilistic Programming in neurolang: Bridging the Gap Between Cognitive Science and Statistical Modeling

Abstract

Adopting a language-oriented programming approach, we design a declarative and probabilistic domain-specific language (DSL) for formulating and testing sophisticated brain mapping hypotheses that benefit from mined meta-analysis and neuroanatomical data.
