Revisiting the effects of travel satisfaction on visitor’s behavioral intentions – Evidence from a cultural heritage site

Résumé

This study extend the existing literature by providing a new consideration of the effects of travel satisfaction in a context where the role of travel satisfaction might be more ambiguous than in conventional settings. Design/methodology/approach: Structural equation modelling (SEM) and multi-group analysis are applied on responses from visitors (n=225) of the Italian city of Vicenza and its world heritage site (WHS) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
