Design of a Large-Scale High-Lift Morphing A320 Wing Based on Electro-Mechanical Actuators and Shape Memory Alloys

Résumé

In this paper, we will present the study conducted to design a large-scale high-lift Morphing A320 flap. This design is based on two type of actuators : the first design is made by SMA technology by the EMA technology. These two design integrate a set of actuation mechanisms distributed along the span of the flap. An optimization algorithms has been built in order choose the best design according different parameters.
