Design rules for subthreshold MOS circuits
Résumé
This paper proposes a set of useful criteria andrules to be used when designing subthreshold MOS analogdecoders. The proposition is made for Gilbert-based circuits andthe Sum-Product algorithm, though they are expected to work forsubthreshold MOS circuits in general with minor modifications. The resulting architecture is simple, bias low-dependent andfully controllable. The nodes required by a decoder for theSum-Product algorithm are designed as a proof of concept andinterconnected together in an LDPC decoder.
