Résumé

Results of measurements of the magnetic field (T, anisotropy) for labelled cholesterol in oriented lipid multibilayers are presented in this note. The measurements serve a two-fold purpose: they allow testing of the validity of a simple model for cholesterol motion and demonstration of the utility of oriented systems for studies of molecular dynamics.
