The Executive Functions of the European Union
Résumé
This edition addresses the question of the existence and functioning of institutional counterbalances within the executive functions of the EU. First, this edition is an attempt at contributing to the research on a significant chapter of the institutional law of the EU. Moreover, it offers a systematical presentation of all aspects of implementation of the Union's legally binding acts, which in terms of classic constitutionalism is among the most difficult functions in conceptual and legal terms.
