APPROCHE COMPARATIVE DES CONDUITES A RISQUES : ANALYSE PSYCHOSOCIALE DU « RISQUE ALCOOL » CHEZ LES JEUNES
Résumé
The objective of this study was to collect three types of information relatively to the social construction of the « Alcohol Risk » (Apostolidis and Dany, 2012 ; Lo Monaco, Gaussot & Guimelli, 2009) which were the following: (1) the representational field of health and risk behaviours; (2) the perceived risk level asoociated with alcohol comparatively to others behaviors and predefined situations; (3) the perceived risk related to alcohol and situations for the participant himself(herself) and his(her) group membership. Participants were 479 high school students (54,1% of women ; mean age: 16,32, SD =1,21). They had been surveyed by means of a self-administered questionnaire. Results showed an absence of objective and rational risk construction. Indeed, significations and weightings attributed to these risks are determined by a social construction which is the consequence of the attribution of social roles (e.g., gender effect), social communications, interactions with the social contexts and social comparison processes.
