Résumé

This article aims at presenting ambitious objectives of information collection in crisis context. Among these objectives, there is (i) the gathering of the most diverse possible data, (ii) the semantization of these data into information, (iii) the trust establishment upon these information and their sources, and (iv) the interpretation and aggregation. These objectives are all rolled into only one tool, able to adapt itself dynamically over runtime. The tool developed into these research works would enable to automatically and continuously model a subset of the world as it is evolving in order to monitor some crisis risks and during a crisis follow the main indicators that represent this crisis.
