Transcriptomic particularities among species of globodera

Résumé

Globodera spp. are major plant parasitic nematodes affecting Solanaceous plants including potato, tomato, eggplant and tobacco. Each species secretes specialized proteins called effectors to outwit plant defenses, allowing them to have a unique host range.
