Genome scans on experimentaly evolved globodera pallida populations to identify molceular basis of adaptation to GPAV(VRN) potato resistance

Résumé

In the current agronomical context of reduced use of pesticides, deciphering the genetic bases of pathogen adaptation to plant resistances is of major importance as it could help us to improve durability of these resistances. Globodera pallida is a major pest of potato and for which the promising resistance factor, QTL GpaVvrn, has been identified in Solanum vernei and introduced into several new resistant cultivars in Europe.
