Résumé

A multi-agent simulation system where the behavior of agents evolving in an environment comprising at least an area of interest and an area of secondary interest is simulated by the use of agents models wherein an agent or a group of agents is represented by a set of attributes comprising at least one attribute. The values of the attributes belonging to a set of attributes are updated by an agent model, a plurality of agents belonging to the area of secondary interest being aggregated automatically (103, 107) during the simulation into one or several groups of agents (108, 109, 110, 111) depending on the affinity Aff( ) between agents located in this area. The said affinity corresponds to a function of distances between attributes associated to couples of agents before the aggregation, the agents belonging to a group of agents sharing a single set of attributes, the values of the said set of attributes being updated by a single agent model allocated to the group.
