Résumé

We study the defects induced by 10 keV X-rays at different irradiation temperatures ranging from 25 °C up to 250 °C up to a total deposited dose of 1 MGy (SiO2). The study is conducted on a fluorine doped single-mode fiber by using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique. It shows that the generation mechanisms of paramagnetic defects, such as E’, POR and NBOH centers, are strongly related to the irradiation temperature
