Combining Conceptual and Ontological Models for Representing Spatio-Temporal Data and Semantic Evolution in GIS

Résumé

In this paper, we present a new approach as a spatio-temporal data model for the geographic information systems (GIS). We base our approach on the MADS conceptual model that we will be combine to a corresponding new generated ontology model using a set of transformation rules.
