Le droit international pénal face aux droits de l'homme, illustration d'un dialogue des juges
Résumé
This article aims to examine the phenomenon of dialogue between judges through the prism of the relationship between international criminal law and the international law of human rights. International criminal law and the international law of human rights are two complementary bodies of international law ; and because of the functional link between them, the judges have gradually opened up their own system to the other. The article mirrors the case-law of the international criminal courts and the regional bodies of human rights and aims to specify to what extent they operate cross-references.
